It's been a few years since I had the time and motivation to carve a pumpkin, and in the past I've only just come up with a design and convinced my dad to do the carving. But, this Halloween, I decided to try carving a pumpkin all my myself. I'd say I feel like a big girl now, but I have to admit, I still got my dad to help me clean out the guts of the pumpkin.
I felt like I had no idea what I was doing, so I'm pretty surprised I didn't totally mess it up.
The character on the pumpkin is Sai from Hikaru No Go. I figured that since he was a ghost, he would work well on a pumpkin for Halloween. He came out looking a little more sinister than I intended, but I like him this way.
